TALLYSTICK (TALL) — system brief
Chain: Ethereum. Market: Uniswap v4. Trades price in ETH.
Supply: 900,000 TALL — every unit trading from launch day. Decimals: 18.
Fee: 2% of a trade, a buy charged the same as a sale. No other charge exists.
Mechanism: each trade leaves a Notch on the Scoreline — that trade's TALL size
and its opening block — an append-only queue the contract keeps. A Tallage is
permissionless: anyone calls it. The call spends the gathered Paring on TALL
from the market, retiring it and marking the oldest live Notch before any
younger one, always in opening order. Retired TALL is Char: permanent.
Views: scoreline() returns first live number, next number, open units, waiting
parings, TALL bought, TALL retired and the rolling record hash. cuttings(n)
returns a Notch's size, remainder, opening block and ordinal. charred() returns
total TALL retired. totalSupply() returns the supply as it stands.
Events: paring, notched, tallied (on the queue contract); char (on the token).
Fixed: the 2% Paring, the opening order, the supply — all without setters.
The deployer cannot touch balances, suspend the market, or reissue Char.
